Benefits of Licensed Plumbers:
• Licensed & compliable with Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners
• Insured
• “Cutting corners” is not an option
• Customer service is more likely and backed up by an established company
• Warranty is authentic and more likely to be kept
Risks of Unlicensed Plumbers:
• Not licensed with TSBPE and not compliable, meaning more jobs that are high risk
• Not insured
• According to local builders and homeowners, using unlicensed plumbers have caused them many problems by “cutting corners.”
• Customer service is almost non-existent
• Warranty is not available in most cases (based on complains from builders and homeowners)
• They have no overhead and cannot offer what an established company can
• It is against the law

If you have had quite a few service calls for plumbing problems, you may need to upgrade your plumbing system. Constant problems could mean a poor job done in the original plumbing. However, we are here to help. Our Manabloc Plumbing System works great, and we are able to finance this upgrade.
Here is a brief description:
The Manabloc System features individually labeled shut-off valves for each distribution line. Water supply enters the Manabloc distribution panel and flows through shut-off valves to the plumbing fixtures. This plumbing system features an easy access panel to shut off water in case of an emergency.
Other Upgrade Options Include Swapping or Implementing:
• Faucets
• Lavatories
• Sinks
• Garbage Disposal
• Toilets
• Shower to Tub or Vice Versa
• Any Plumbing Fixture
Working with water and sewer lines can be hazardous, but so can GAS. Leave gas line implementation, repairs, or transfers to a licensed plumber. Going to a handyman or construction worker for these services increase your risk of plumbing-gas error, putting your family or environment in a very dangerous position. Please do not hesitate to contact us for a free estimate or request a low-budget inspection.
